Thanks for using the Christmas Post Service this year.

The Christmas post will be restarting on the 1st Novermber…happy Christmas!
Once again Rhondda Scout Groups are giving you the opportunity to have your Christmas cards delivered by the Scouts for only 15p per card. Each year over two hundred Scout post volunteers help to deliver over 80,000 cards raising over £10,000 for local scout groups. Leaders and volunteers from the Rhondda co-ordinate the scheme to carry out the vital task of sorting the cards for distribution to homes with in the Rhondda Valleys.
The postal delivery area is clearly defined with cards only being delivery to villages within the Rhondda Valleys. Please note that we do not deliver to any part of the Cynon Valley or Taff Ely. Any cards for outside the area will remain undelivered.
There will be post boxes located through out the Rhondda in premises displaying our distinctive yellow posters and you can post your cards at any of the venues. Please make sure you use the Scout Posting boxes and not the Royal Mail as any cards delivered by the Royal Mail will incur a charge to the person who receives the card.
The cost of the stamps are 15p each and these again can be bought from premises displaying our posters. It would be much appreciated if you could include the post codes this year. Please note that the last posting date is mid-day, Saturday 3rd December but if you can post your cards before that date it would be very much appreciated. You can purchase stamps and post your cards at the venues displaying our distinctive yellow posters and the following venues:-
